I have recently looked at retro gaming options and there are great solutions available. You can play on a raspberry pi, the various classic mini consoles, retroarch on many devices or attempt hardware emulation via an fpga system.

I decided to grab a de10 nano to build a MiSTer setup. Allowing for emulation of many classic 8 and 16 bit computers and consoles. Without a ram expansion simm you can play GBA, PC Engine and Megadrive/Genesis console games. However, with a 128 ram pack add on you can play all the cores available, bringing Amiga, Neo Geo and CPS arcade games to your hdmi TV.

This is a quick unboxing, setup and test of a few games and cores. Simply download the image, write it to an sd card, plug in the de 10 and update. You are all set, simply add the roms for the cores you fancy playing to the sd card or an external drive. The setup guide I used to make my setup. [ Ссылка ]
