Today I'm going to talk to you about my most DREADFUL anxiety symptom I had: Depersonalization and Derealization, otherwise known as DPDR or feelings of unreality. DPDR is a very debilitating and scary experience and can affect you and ultimately, the way you interact with your loved ones. About me: After working so hard in my recovery process and watching others recover too, I became inspired that anxiety recovery truly is possible. I focused hard on my personal journey and made great strides towards relieving my level of anxiety. In hopes to help others, I now share many of my personal tips with my social media followers on a daily basis.
Disclaimer: I love taking you along my journey of anxiety recovery, but I am not a licensed doctor or mental health professional. I am an accredited life coach and do not intend to give medical advice of any sort. I have struggled for many years with anxiety which significantly got worse after a panic attack while driving in early 2020. I was diagnosed with GAD and PD at that time. I use this platform to share things which I have learned in my journey so far and tips which worked for me. You should consult a physician about your own recovery process.
