Penn State Football Scout Josh Davis talks about the Storm Duck transfers, and how Johnny Dixon's level of play recently cemented him into a starting role in 2023. Dixon was fantastic towards the end of last season, and continued to grow in the offseason. Despite the best CB transfer in the nation coming in expecting to have his spot, Dixon outplayed Duck in winter and spring ball leading to Duck transferring again to Louisville without playing a game at PSU.
