Since January 2014 the new EU Guidance notes apply to all food products. These notes establish new guidelines for the classification of food extracts with colouring properties. As of 29th November 2015 all food products have to be in line with the EU guidance Notes. GNT's EXBERRY® products are all approved as Colouring Foods according to these guidelines.
