In this video I show you how much carbon deposit a 320d M47 has after driving 400.000Km and how to clean it.
I made acceleration tests from 100 - 140 Km/h before (EGR on) and after (EGR off) cleaning the intake parts.
At the end you can see the huge increase of airmass after deactivation of the EGR.
To sum up, the engine now feels more responsive and a little bit more powerful.
