1️⃣ Seated machine shoulder press superset with front plate raise 3-4 sets of 8-10 reps
2️⃣ Side lateral raise superset with DB shoulder press 3-4 sets 8-10 reps
3️⃣ Rear delt machine Fly superset with DB bent over rear delt fly 3-4 sets of 8-10 reps
