This 30 minute restorative yoga practice is great for stress relief and anxiety. During this practice we will melt into different yoga postures that target the hips where a lot of our stress sits, creating space within the body for healing and new beginnings. This is a great yoga practice to do after a stressful day at work, for stress management, if you're feeling stuck or have anxiety. Utilizing this practice for 30 minutes before bed is a great way to have a good nights rest and combat insomnia.
