In this video I make double smash burgers. Using the same amount of beef but splitting it into two patties. Doubling the surface area of the patty, these burgers cook super fast! I filmed this with my GoPro in POV style.
Smash burgers also called diner burgers are unadulterated hamburgers. They are the best type of burgers!
