Do you have a constant sense of dread? A constant negative thought loop in your head and think everything is the end of the world? Yet you still manage (to the outside person) to get things done and get up and go to work etc etc. The likelihood is this may be high functioning anxiety which can be frustrating as even though you feel all these things you still seem to be doing 'well' in life.
