Tomato Soup Recipe
Makes about 2 servings
Ready in 5 minutes
1/2 cup chicken bone broth or stock
1 (14.5) ounce can of Fire Roasted Tomatoes
1/2 tsp sea salt, fine grind
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Demerara sugar
1/4 cup fresh basil or 1/2-1 tsp dried basil
1/2 cup heavy cream or half & half (optional)

Put all ingredients, except the dairy, in the Ninja Foodi Hot/Cold Blender.
Secure the lid and press the heat button, select high.
Once the mixture starts to boil, pulse the blender until the soup is your desired consistency.
Add the dairy and pulse 2-3 times until blended.
Serve and Enjoy
