Doctors are advising the public to make sure they get their flu shot this year, as it may be the key to avoiding a “twin-demic,” or COVID-19 and the flu. The flu shot is available now, earlier than usual, at most doctors offices and many pharmacies. Pharmacists are quick to assure that the flu shot will not give you the flu - in fact, that’s not possible.
