430 g Pork Shoulder Roast

[Marinade]
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce, the amount of salt varies depending on the product.
3 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Sake
1/2 tbsp Sesame Oil
3 slices Ginger Root
1 Garlic Clove, crushed
10 cm Long Green Onions (Naganegi), green part
