Welcome on board one of the world’s greatest Tram / Light Rail networks :-
The Manchester Metrolink, with 99 stations / stops, along 105 km track, covering Seven of the Ten Greater Manchester boroughs. Helping Three million residents get to work, school, and play, and welcoming visitors from all parts of the UK, and beyond.

Today’s ride takes us from Piccadilly tram stop, situated under the Piccadilly heavy rail station, and all stops to Old Trafford on the Altrincham line.
Heading towards Piccadilly Gardens, then left down Mosley Street, passing central library at 05:02 just after St. Peters Square tram stop, then passing the Midland Hotel at 05:35 just after the Midland the Manchester Central Convention Centre comes into view at 06:18 previously the GMEX, and of course before that, the Manchester Central Railway Station.
Then onto Old Trafford tram stop, conveniently located for Lancashire County Cricket Ground ( Emirates Old Trafford ), Manchester United Football Ground, and just a short walk also to the 02 Victoria Warehouse events venue.
