Ingredients:
🌾 Oatmeal - 80 g
🍇 Raisins - 100 g
🥜 Walnuts and peanuts - 100 g
🍑 Dried plums - 100 g
🍒 Dried cranberries - 1 tbsp. spoon
🍌 Bananas (ripe) - 2 pcs.
🍫 Dark chocolate without sugar - 40 g
🥥 Coconut oil - 1 teaspoon
Cooking:
🌾 Mix oatmeal and raisins.
🥜 Finely chop the walnuts and peanuts, add to the mixture.
🍑 Finely chop dried plums, add along with dried cranberries.
🍌 Puree ripe bananas.
🍃 Thoroughly mix all the ingredients.
🍞 Spread the mixture evenly into a 2 cm thick baking dish.
🔥 Bake at 180°C in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
Coating:
🍫 Melt sugar-free dark chocolate with coconut oil.
🍯 Drizzle baked bars with chocolate.
❄️ Place in the fridge for 40 minutes.
