Soft and fluffy sponge cake using warm milk and butter ,
This cake is tasty to gobble as it is and also can be used to decorate using any time of icings ..!
Ingredients:
Flour - 1 cup - 120 grams
Powdered sugar - 3/4 cups
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Eggs - 2
Milk - 1/4 cup
Butter - 2 tablespoons, 30 ml
Vanilla essence- 1 teaspoon or more
Lemon zest - 1/2 to 1 teaspoon
