Hi lovelies, it is another delicious tea drink recipe today :) I don't know about you, but I find it hard sometimes to think of good, delicious drink recipes for myself. I am not a fan of sugary drinks and juices and so I mostly drink water or tea during the day. I do also start my day with coffee, but since I can't handle too much caffeine or I won't sleep, I have to have some alternatives :D One of those alternatives is a Chai Latte. This recipe is homemade from scratch and you can easily store it in the fridge for up to 5 days. In my video I am showing you how to make the chai latte concentrate really easy at home and then you can top it up with warm or frothed milk of your choice. Enjoy! :)


Ingredients:
(4-6 Portions)

- 600ml water
- 2-4 tbsp Assam tea
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1-2 star anise
- 10 cardamom pods
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg, ground
- 1/2 tsp ginger, ground
- 1 vanilla pod
- 10 peppercorns
- milk for frothing

Add 1-2 espresso cups of chai tea concentrate to a mug and top with some frothed milk. Decorate with ground cinnamon before serving.

Use right away or allow to cool completely and refrigerate to use later. Use within 5 days.
