To combat against the mysterious monsters known as the "Enemies of Humanity", children with supernatural powers called "Talented" are gathered upon an island to train. Unknown to them, Nana Hiiragi lives among them as a talentless human with one goal - to eliminate the Talented as the government has deemed them as the true Enemies of Humanity. As she interacts with her classmates however, the lines blur on who is truly evil.
