Ingredients :
For Pomegranate Lokum
Pomegranate Juice – 2 Cups
Butter – 1 Tbsp
Sugar – 2 cups
Lemon juice – 1 Tbsp
Salt – a pinch
Corn flour – 1 cup
Pistachio – ½ cup
For Garnishing
Desiccated coconut powder
Pistachio (sliced)
For Kiwi Lokum
Kiwi Juice – 2 Cups
Butter – 1 Tbsp
Sugar – 2 cups
Lemon juice – 1 Tbsp
Salt – a pinch
Corn flour – 1 cup
Hazelnut – ½ cup
For Garnishing
Almond flakes
Rose petals

Procedure:
STEP 1 – Juice extraction
1. Take one cup of pomegranate and kiwi fruit
2. Add water and blend to get two cups of pomegranate and kiwi juice.
STEP 2 – Lokum preparation
1. Transfer juices to two separate pans
2. Add 2 cup sugar
3. Add 1 cup corn flour and mix well
4. Place pan on stove top and stir continuously in medium flame
5. Constantly add pinch of salt, 1Tbsp lime juice & 1Tbsp butter
6. Add nuts, when lokum reaches semi-liquid state and stir continuously
7. When it starts to thicken, move the pan out off flame
8. Transfer prepared lokum to mould greased with butter
9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours OR overnight refrigeration gives better results
STEP 3 – Garnishing
1. Unmould lokum.
2. Cut in to desired shapes
3. Garnisg with almond flakes, rose petals, pistachios & coconut powder
4. Turkish delight is ready to be served
