People who have a pitta body type should avoid taking hot water in the morning and tea in the morning. To replace hot water start taking matka water or lukewarm water. To replace the tea you can take coriander water or fennel water, just take 1 teaspoon of each and leave it in the water overnight.
पित्त शरीर के लोगों को सुबह गर्म पानी और सुबह चाय पीने से बचना चाहिए। गर्म पानी की जगह मटका पानी या गुनगुना पानी लेना शुरू कर दें। चाय को बदलने के लिए आप धनिये का पानी या सौंफ का पानी ले सकते हैं, बस प्रत्येक का 1 चम्मच लें और इसे रात भर पानी में छोड़ दें ।
