Hello! Today's video is a low level change of direction mechanics video and beginner change of direction training session. I do this workout with my soccer teams as an introduction to change of direction before we get going with the more advanced change of direction and agility drills. I run through lateral change of direction plyometrics that work on force absorption, proper mechanics to efficiently change direction as fast and powerful as possible, and we do some change of direction drills to apply and understand the concepts. Change of direction is all about efficiency, body position, and understanding where you need to go next. This workout is a low level change of direction training for soccer, volleyball, football, basketball, etc. I use this change of direction training for all of my athletes! Hope this helps!
