Improve Handling Performance. The SR Performance Shock and Strut Kit is a budget-friendly beginners’ upgrade replacement kit for factory systems on 2011-2014 Mustang GT and V6 models. Featuring a set damper rate courtesy of the twin-tube gas pressure design, this SR Performance Kit will replace worn out factory shocks and struts, improving ride quality as well as handling performance without sacrificing comfort. This non-adjustable damper does not require aftermarket lowering springs, and is compatible with both the stock ride height as well as a lowered S197.
Twin-Tube Gas Pressure Design. This SR Performance Shock and Strut Kit is a complete upgrade replacement for the factory setup and includes front struts and rear shocks. The gas pressurized twin-tube design ensures a comfortable yet sporty ride, while the larger diameter pistons provide enhanced dampening and rebound compared to the stock setup. The outer steel housing features a classic black finish for a subtle and stealthy style.
Bolt-On Installation. Though designed as a bolt-on replacement kit for factory equipment on 2011-2014 Mustangs, the installation of the SR Performance Strut & Shock does require some mechanical expertise as well as a range of tools – including a spring compressor. Dependent on individual knowledge and skill, this Strut and Shock Kit can be installed within three hours to a full afternoon.
