-7 gals (26.5L) Water

-40% Maris Otter [~4lbs]
-30% Pilsner [~3lbs]
-20% Wheat Malt [~2lbs]
-10% Flaked Oats [~1lb]

- 1oz (~28g) Warrior @30 min
- 2oz (~52g) Motueka @ Whirpool
- 2oz (~52g) Simcoe @ Whirpool

-WLP 067 Coastal Haze

Mash @ 154ºF (~67.8ºC) for about 45 mins
Boil for about 30 mins

Ferment around 67ºF (~19.4C) for 7 Days

Final Gravity: 1.015
ABV: 6.5%
IBUs: ~50
