I'm Patrick and I'm a part of the Digital Customer Engagement Center, a team of 85 individuals. Our work as part of the TM family involves receiving and handling enquiries from customers on a daily basis.
Our team's main purpose at work is to provide immediate solutions to our customer's issues, whatever they may be. We make sure to put our best foot forward as our customers are our first priority; always. Working together with other departments help our team to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently, and future difficulties are prevented.
Being able to ensure that the nation is always connected motivates me to keep doing the best for our customers. A satisfied customer genuinely makes me and all of us happy! As we grow progressively towards a #DigitalMalaysia, I'm humbled that my work helps others in their daily responsibilities and experiences. It's the little things that drive me to keep working hard and bringing #ProgressForAll.
