Here I talk about how a guy can do a few stretching exercises to loosen up his foreskin if he feels it is too tight. Remember this is for an adult over the age of 18 since under the age of 18 it is totally normal to not be retractable and for the foreskin to be tight and it should not be forced or hurried. It is normal for the foreskin to gradually become retractable over the course of the teenage years. Circumcision is never the answer!
