This is a recipe video for two popular and easy to make sandwiches. I usually cook the bacon slices in the microwave for one minute for each slice. I have never used more than two slices at a time, so do some testing and check your preferences. I would not try leaving a lot of slices in a microwave for a long time. The tuna salad contains a can of tuna that has been drained of the water and about three tablespoons of salad dressing or mayonnaise and some chopped celery and about three tablespoons of relish. It should be refrigerated if it is not used right away. The tomatoes in this video are the first two tomatoes from my garden. They were very tasty. The lettuce and cabbage are from the Produce section of the supermarket. Keep all produce in the refrigerator in a plastic bag until it is used. These sandwiches can be served with a salad, or with soup or dessert. They make a quick and wholesome lunch. I use toasted whole wheat bread.
