The CPU Shin Akuma has more health, than the playable one, to balance him. He's the glass cannon of this game. Despite the low health, he's still banned in tournaments. His air fireball is his best move. It doesn't travel far, like in Street Fighter Alpha 2 and 3, so you'll have to be close to land a hit.
