The Lego castle sub theme 'Forestmen' is a classic collection of sets from 1987-1990. This was a unique spin from the classic castle builds. These Robin Hood inspired bandits are known as heroes that steal from the rich and smuggle it to the poor. The builds is what stands out the most for this sub theme with its castle/hybrid builds. The popularity of the Lego Forestmen have sparked a remake of the Forestmen Hideout and an inclusion of figures in the Lion's Knight Castle.
