It is a crowd pleaser and looks like a piece of art. It is creamy decadent and cheap to make if you make your own ricotta. I also added some orange essence to it and it got the taste of a dessert from a five star restaurant. If you are lazy, try the sauce some other day, but make the chocolate mousse. Ingredients:
150 gm Ricotta Cheese
1/2 tsp Instant Coffee
7 drops Orange Essence
50 gm 85% Cocoa Chocolate
2 Tbsp Butter
3 Tbsp Erythritol
8-10 drops Stevia (or to taste)
Raspberry sauce:
100 gm Raspberries
1 1/2 Tbsp Erythritol
2 tsp Gelatine
1/2 tsp Lime Juice
