¼ cup Tovar Dal
¼ cup Moong Dal
300 gms Ridge gourd
1 Tomato cubes
¼ tsp Turmeric
Salt
1 & 3/4 cups Water
Heat 2 tbsp Oil
1.1/2 tbsp Urad dal
½ tsp Cumin
1/2 inch Ginger cubes
2-3 Green Chillies
¼ cup Fresh Coconut
1/2 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
Coriander choppings
1 Lemon Juice
Heat 1 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard
½ tsp Cumin
2 pinches Hing
2 Dry Chillies
2 Sprigs Curry Leaves
