Four people were arrested Thursday in the murder of "General Hospital" actor Johnny Wactor, police said.
Of the four, three were booked on a murder charge and a fourth person was booked on a warrant for accessory to a crime. Police were reportedly investigating members of the Florencia 13 gang tied to catalytic converter thefts in the region.
