In this video, I’m doing a quick overview of what a typical trail resupply looks like for my backpacking trips. Obviously, food varies a ton based on what’s available in smaller trail towns, but this will give you a good idea of how I structure my resupplies and what kind of food I eat on backpacking trips.
Sometimes, I like to throw in a few extra fruits and veggies for a more nutritionally dense resupply. I also try to opt for less processed foods when possible since so much of what you eat on a backpacking trip can be highly processed junk with really low nutritional value. I’m thinking I may do a video that is more tips & tricks for the nutritionally conscious oriented, if that’s something you’d like to see, let me know in the comments!

Powdered milk (mix with cereal for a luxury breakfast and YUM): [ Ссылка ]
Breakfast Essentials (not that hard to find, but love adding this for some nutrition and calories first thing in the morning with my coffee): [ Ссылка ]
