Practicing 'polytonal counterpoint.' Playing in F major in one hand, and F# major in the other. If you always practice in say, F Major in both hands, it may be difficult to break out of that and incorporate more chromatic language into your playing. I think practicing polytonal counterpoint can help break these spatial codependencies between the hands. Also forces you to practice foresight as you constantly have to switch focus between the hands.
