Ingredients:
- 225g (1 3/4 cups) all-purpose flour
- 225g (1 3/4 cups) bread flour
- 9g (1 3/4 tsp) salt
- Activated yeast mixture (from below)
- 45g (3 tbsp) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 egg (optional, for egg wash)
- Additional butter for greasing the pan
Ingredients for Proofing:
- 270ml (1 1/8 cups) warm milk (around 38-43°C or 100-110°F)
- 22g (1 3/4 tbsp) sugar
- 9g (2 tsp) instant yeast

Preheat your oven to 180°C (360°F).
Air fryer 160°C (320°F).
