I'm comparing a 2018 Gibson ES-330 to a 2008 Epiphone Casino Elitist. I wanted to keep the comparison as pure as possible. So, I ran them direct into the Universal Audio Apollo without any plug-ins or volume matching. This way you can hear the pure tonal differences between the two guitars. Next i decided to compare them with a little grit, through an early 70's Fender Twin Reverb. They both have brand new .10ga stings.
