1.5oz White Rum
1oz Fresh Lime Juice
1oz Demerara Syrup
3/4tsp Raspberry Chipotle Blend
6-8 Raspberries
15 Mint Leaves
1) In shaker, muddle raspberries, Demerara syrup and Raspberry Chipotle Blend.
2) Add, rum, lime and mint into shaker.
3) Shake vigorously and pour over ice in highball glass.
4) Garnish with raspberry, lime and mint crown.
5) Enjoy responsibly, people.
