it sounds like it is voiced by Seth MacFarlane and they took a clip from the PTV episode.
I have some more Teletoon detour videos coming out soon but I thought this one was more important because I wanted to show Friends this one and let other people on the internet know about it and I could not find it anywhere online.

why does this keep happening to me LOL I guess that's why they call it lost media. but about four times now I wanted to show somebody a video I remember from childhood or about 10 years ago and I cannot find it anywhere online but I have it on a VHS tape in my collection
from what I can find out it must have been recorded around 2004-2005 it was The Detour era before F-Night
here's a video I found from The Detour entertainment same era of bumpers that I have these ones are just higher quality.
