For less than $4 per meal (400kcal) you can enjoy:
- 50% of your DV of vitamins and minerals
- 27g of protein
- 27g of healthy fats (olive, coconut, MCT)
- 4g of net carbs
- 9g of fibre
- Probiotics and digestive enzymes
- Soy free, gluten free, non-GMO
- Allergens: egg, milk and coconut oil.

All these sounds pretty good for a keto shake. Plus, they offer two flavours: Chocolate Macadamia and Creamy Vanilla.

Both are surprisingly tasty and easy to drink. They produce no stomach pain or similar either; making them some of the most digestible keto-friendly shakes.
