In this horror movie recap we're going to stick with yucky, underground things that want to eat you with the 2008 horror western The Burrowers. When a family goes missing, a posse heads out in pursuit, assuming they were snatched by a local tribe. However, as they gather information, they are confronted with references to creatures called burrowers, which are known to come around every third generation to hunt and consume humans. So, their quest shifts from hunting survivors to trying to eradicate the underground menace for good.
