Today I was pleasantly surprised, because for the first time I saw so many porcini mushrooms in June. Ukraine now has a lot of rain and pleasant weather, so these are favorable conditions for mushrooms.
I love picking mushrooms and eating them. One of the easiest dishes you can make is porcini mushroom soup. Cooking outdoors, in the forest, makes this dish even tastier!
