This case involves a double murder in Tallahassee in July of 2015, in Tallahassee, Florida.

The accused are Brandon Chisholm (driver), Walter Cole Rayborn (alleged killer, Jack Boy), and DeLynda "Mercedes" Aguirre (alleged cleaner). Brandon cut a deal and is serving time. The cases against Walter and Mercedes are still pending.

The State's theory is the Walter wanted to be a Jack Boy (rob a drug dealer) and Brandon suggested a target and drove him there. Once they got there, Brandon tried to back out, but Walter went forward with it. In the process, he shot the two people in the apartment and set it on fire. A dog on the premises also passed away.
