1\2 cup Flatten rice
3-4 green chili
1 inch ginger
4-5 tbs Green garlic
4 cubes of cheese
1 tbs Besan
1 tbs Oil
salt to taste
1\4 tsp Turmeric POwder and 1\4 tsp Hing
1\2 tsp Eno fruit salt or 1\4 tsp Baking soda
Locho MAsala
1 tsp Black salt
1\2 tsp Black pepper powder
1\4 tsp salt
3 tsp red chili powder

LOcho Chutney
1 cup coriander leaves
2-3 green chili
1 inch ginger
1 tsp sugar
salt to taste
1\2 lemon juice
1 large pieces of locho
