This week on the DoneDeal YouTube channel we're reviewing the Hyundai Ioniq 5. It's Hyundai's flagship EV and it is stunning looking and has the battery, motor, and range to back up the good looks.
It's available in 4 different trims:
1. Executive
2. Executive Plus
3. Premium
4. Premium Plus
We recommend Executive Plus as it includes fundamentals like a heat-pump which will make charging much more efficient. All cars come with adaptive cruise control, lane assist and many other key features.
As a whole the Ioniq is superbly specced with more than enough gadgets to keep you busy and impress passengers.
Battery wise, in Ireland it's available with:
- 58kWh battery (Rear Wheel Drive)
- 72.6kWh battery (Rear Wheel Drive)
- 72.6kWh battery (All wheel drive)
In Ireland the SEAI grant is only available to cars sub €60,000 therefore it's unlikely we will see many AWD versions.
