I started experiencing symptoms of postpartum depression. I went through bouts of unexplained anger, sadness and hopelessness. Eventually I took medical help and consulted a psychiatrist.
It took me two months to come out of that phase. My mother and husband always stood by me. This phase taught me it's never too little to ask for help 🍼👼🤱
