I recently decided to acquire a pair of ThroBak SLE-101 pickups, because of their reputation and I was not super happy with my stock pickups in my Gibson 1957 Reissue Goldtop.
What I didn't realize, was that my Burstbuckers actually just needed a proper setup (which I did, after watching one of ThroBak's own videos how to do that!!). So after the setup, the Burstbuckers actually sounded quite good. Nonetheless, I wanted to shoot them out against the Throbaks!! Here is the result!
