Check your YouTube Analytics Traffic Sources report and Playback locations report to find out how much watch time and views are coming from Google+ or other external site.

Note that data does not appear in your YouTube Analytics reports for about 2 days. To see traffic within the past 48 hours to your videos, check your real time view stats:
