I think it's about eating the right calories and if you are hungry you should always eat. Keep it simple. I feel you don't need any technical skills, or talent to lose weight. I believe you don't have to be a professional athlete to make it. Just make sure you listen to your body and trust your instincts. My motivational character for this seven days was Christian Bale - the true Fitness Miracle. I chose to eat also peanut butter, because I didn't want to lose muscle, only fat. If I had eaten only cabbage soup I'm sure the weight loss would have been even greater.

RECIPE:
1kg Cabbage, 4 Onions, Leek, Celery, 5 Tomatoes, 3 Bell Peppers, 3 Chili, Garlic, 1kg Crushed Tomatoes, Ketchup (with a feeling) Cayenne Pepper - Chop everything, put into a kettle, add some water and let it cook for 90-180min - The CabbageSoup gets better and better by day.
