About Shree Krishna Shrestha : Shree Krishna Shrestha (April 19, 1967 – August 10, 2014) was a Nepalese actor, producer and director known for his work in Nepali Cinema. One of the most popular and highest grossing actor in Nepali cinema. he is known as a versatile actor and master of Nepali dance who achieved nationwide recognition with roles in movies like Maiti and Afno Manche, Kaha Bhetiyela, Hami Tin Bhai all time blockbuster Kohinoor. Thousands of people participated in the funeral proceeding in Kathmandu on 11/08/2014. He was given national honour by the Nepal Government. Many personalities of Nepal including prime minister of Nepal expressed their deep condolence to him.
Shrestha married Sweta Khadka in July 2014. They met when she made her film début in Kaha Vetiyela, a Nepali movie which he produced. The two had been in a relationship for a long time when they married on July 7, 2014. Soon afterwards, the couple left for India, where he was diagnosed with pneumonia and bone cancer. Shree died at the age of 47 in Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi on 10 August 2014 at 5 am local time.
