Food science is science you can eat. It combines chemistry, microbiology, and engineering with business principles to create a major in that is in high demand. Our graduates primarily work as R&D and quality assurance, and management for the food and brewing industries. They also work for local and federal government as inspectors and scientists, as entrepreneurs, and as university scientists.
