Learn to format WAV files to the proper settings so that you can play sound in CircuitPython. Useful for anyone following CircuitPython School or Raspberry Pi Pico School. We'll use the free Audacity software, and point out where the new Sample Rate setting is starting in Audacity 3.3 and above.
