HMNZS Otago (P148) is a Protector-class offshore patrol vessel in service with the Royal New Zealand Navy. The Otago costing around $110 million NZD, the first steel was cut in February 2005 and was launched in November 2006, the vessel was delivered to Royal New Zealand Navy in February 2010, two years later than planned due suffered from problems during construction.
